Our Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.  

Non-Refundable Items

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened jars or used products.  

Store Credit for Opened Products  

While we cannot refund opened jars or used products, we understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. In these cases, we are happy to offer you store credit for future purchases.  

Damaged or Defective Products  

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us immediately at, [email protected]. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will replace the product at no additional cost or refund you as needed.  

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.

2. If eligible, we will provide you with return instructions.

3. We will issue a refund or store credit once the return is received and inspected.  

Additional Information

• Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the product was damaged or defective.

• Store Credit (where applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
